Contains the rule and regulations which are to be followed by every Mission Schools under the Archdiocese of Kota Kinabalu
BOG Account Name
Stated in the BOG Instrument Booklet clause 23 (c) ; All funds and monies of under the management of the Board shall be deposited in an account with a reputable bank and all such account shall be in the name of “Registered Trustee of the Diocese of Kota Kinabalu (RTDKK)” followed by the name of Board of Governors. That is, the Bank Account shall be known and identified as “Registered Trustee of the Diocese of Kota Kinabalu (RTDKK) - Board of Governors of (Name of the Institution)”
